Rachel Lally

Rachel has been working with children with autism and their families for more than 10 years. After receiving her BA in Psychology and Education at Marymount Manhattan College, Rachel taught in both general education and special education classrooms. After her own son was diagnosed with autism in 2005, Rachel co-founded the Lowcountry Autism Foundation, a nonprofit organization established to assist families in receiving free and immediate autism screenings and diagnoses. She then developed and coordinated “Puzzle Partners,” a parent support system in LAF designed to create a partnership between families receiving a new diagnosis of autism with more experienced parents who would be able to help them navigate the available local resources for children on the spectrum.

Rachel received her MA in Applied Behavior Analysis with a Specialty in Autism at Ball State University and has been providing parent training, school consultation, and intensive in-home ABA supervision and programming for families in New Hanover, Pender, and Onslow Counties since 2014.
