Emily is the owner of Port City Speech, PLLC. She received her undergraduate degree in International Business from the University of Georgia. Emily holds a Master of Science degree in Communications Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University. She has worked with a variety of pediatric speech/language disorders and has owned a private practice since 2019. She has her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners. Emily is married and has two teenagers that keep her busy. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, live music, baking, and outdoor activities.
