Marissa has a strong background in special education, working with elementary and high school students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs in North Carolina from 2010 to 2016.

Rachel joined the BCA team in 2022 with a previous background working in childcare. Since then, she has gained experience across all three BCA locations and, in 2025, stepped into the role of Lead RBT at the Hampstead site.
