Catie joined BCA in October 2017, and has been working with children on the autism spectrum since June 2015 servicing New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick counties.

Delaney Fay

Delaney began her career as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in November 2021 after earning her Psychology degree from UNCW and advanced her education to become a BCBA in 2022 with a degree from Ball State University

Devon joined BCA as an intern in the summer of 2023. She continued to work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) until she obtained her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure.
Hannah Moore

Hannah joined BCA in April 2021 after graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in December 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Kristina Moseley

Lexa Slaton

In February 2024, Lexa joined the BCA team in Leland while completing her supervised fieldwork toward Board Certification. She has been a licensed BCBA since January 2025.
Lyndsay Rhodes

Lyndsay moved to Wilmington to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Adapted Curriculum in 2013.
Maria Carpenter

Maria joined the BCA team in a part-time capacity in 2022 and embraced a full-time role in June 2024.
Jessica Aiken

Jessie joined BCA in August 2019, working as an RBT while completing her clinical hours for BCaBA certification.
Marissa Russell
Lead RBT
Marissa has a strong background in special education, working with elementary and high school students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other special needs in North Carolina from 2010 to 2016.
Shania Eckhardt

Shania joined the BCA team in October 2022 as a founding member of the Leland location.
Rachel Graham
Lead RBT
Rachel joined the BCA team in 2022 with a previous background working in childcare. Since then, she has gained experience across all three BCA locations and, in 2025, stepped into the role of Lead RBT at the Hampstead site.
