Michelle has worked in billing since 2011 and brings years of experience to her role. She earned her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education in 2006 and completed her Associate in Arts degree in May 2025. Michelle is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). In her free time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, and making people laugh.
