Before joining the BCA team in 2022, Rachel spent five years working in childcare. Since then, she has gained experience across all three BCA locations and, in 2025, stepped into the role of Lead RBT at the Hampstead site. Rachel attended the University of North Carolina at Pembroke, where she majored in English Education, and plans to continue her education in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She is passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) because it fosters greater independence and communication for the individuals served. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her daughter, Daphne.
