Kristina moved to Wilmington in 2018 to attend the University of North Carolina Wilmington. While pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she completed an individual research study in the Feeding and Behavior Lab, where she developed a passion for using the principles of behavior to improve the lives of those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Kristina remained at UNCW to pursue her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, and completed the program in 2020. Kristina became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021 and joined the BCA team in 2025. At BCA, she enjoys providing early intervention services in the clinic setting and consulting with providers in the school setting. Outside of work, Kristina enjoys spending time with her family, including her pets. She also loves reading, drawing, and watching movies
