Lexa Slaton

Lexa began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2021 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Wilmington area. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in December 2020. While gaining hands-on experience in both clinical and in-home settings, Lexa pursued her Master of Education in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Pennsylvania State University, completing her degree in August 2023. In February 2024, Lexa joined the BCA team in Leland while completing her supervised fieldwork toward Board Certification. She has been a licensed BCBA since January 2025 and is excited to continue contributing to the growth and success of her clients through evidence-based interventions and compassionate care. Outside of work, Lexa enjoys spending time with her dogs and watching short films.
