Roxanne has implemented applied behavior analytic services for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities for the past five years. She has worked within school, home, and clinical settings. Roxanne is passionate to identify client strengths and expand client leisure interests; you will find her joining in on the fun and facilitating various forms of play amongst the clients. In partnership with Endicott College and BCA, Roxanne conducted an experimental thesis in the spring of 2022, which proved the efficacy of a staff-training package to improve staff delivery of language instruction in the context of play. Roxanne received a M.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College in May of 2022. In her spare time, she has her nose in a book or her feet on the forest floor.
